- • Very unpleasant smell in the room when we arrived around 1 am; at 3 am impossible to sleep and a beginning of headaches for my husband and me. At my request, we changed rooms and the next day we were told it must be an air conditioning problem. We asked for a follow-up by email to find out if we had a respiratory risk (inhalation).
Lovely staff and good value for money, the public areas were not clean enough
The receptionist was lovely, very helpful with recommendations and directions. Convenient location for an overnight stay - very close to the airport, and the breakfast was really excellent.

- • The room itself was clean, but the small balcony was dirty with cigarette butts, and also the corridor outside the room was not clean enough. The beds were uncomfortable.

Super Lage, in der Nähe des Flughafens, was wir brauchten. Sehr hilfsbereiter Mann an der Rezeption, der freundlicherweise sein Auto umgeparkt hat, um Platz für meins zu machen, was eine nette Geste war.

The location close to the airport. We stayed there for one night due to a late arrival in Heraklion. Room more than decent. Very good buffet.
