From check-in to check-out everything was fantastic except for their accounting team, who are very lazy and did not respond until 45 days after payment.

Every single aspect of the stay was perfect.. luxurious interiors, cleanliness, amazing fragrance, delicious food & exceptional hospitality!! They have me hooked to their chain forever now!!

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. From the first moment, we felt welcome: the entire staff was extraordinarily friendly, attentive, and helpful. Even the drivers we met were incredibly warm. The transfer from the airport went smoothly, and we immediately felt well taken care of. The rooftop terrace is fantastic - a place to relax and enjoy. Our room was large, cozy, and spotlessly clean. The food in all the restaurants we visited was excellent and lovingly prepared.

- • However, there were some difficulties beforehand: For a long time, the hotel could not charge our credit card because the data was incorrectly entered by the hotel. Despite several reminders from us, shortly before departure, we received repeated notifications that the reservation would be canceled - even though the error was not on our part. This was uncomfortable and unnecessarily stressful for us. Finally, a payment link was sent to us, through which we could enter all the details ourselves - and it worked immediately. We have not experienced such a situation in any other hotel worldwide. Despite these initial difficulties, we had an absolutely perfect stay. We would come back anytime and recommend this hotel with confidence.
