Limitation on lounge use for Booking customers
The hotel is very beautiful.

👎 Disliked
- • The hotel does not have many common areas. With my standard room, I did not have access to the 17th floor, where there was a very nice lounge. I was only given access to a small tea lounge. These limitations are not indicated on Booking. For a 5-star hotel, it seems like very few spaces for customers.
Medieval enclave with a great location, staff, breakfast
The location was great; close to the main station, shopping mall, museums, and cafes. The staff was professional and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive.

👎 Disliked
- • The overall atmosphere was dark and overly archaic. The room also had a strange layout with a round bathtub right next to the entrance, only enclosed by a curtain, and a half-open toilet that didn't really close. The sliding panel behind the toilet that opens up to the bedroom was also a peculiar design. Considering the price and ambitions, the outcome felt cheap and similar to an overpriced love hotel.

- • The lighting setup in the room is too inconvenient, turning off a light involves many steps, and the light on the kitchen counter seems voice-activated, turning on by itself when you speak
