Excellent all-inclusive experience with fantastic food, drinks and staff.

- • It's visible that the hotel is outdated. From the blizzard in the room, to the sunbeds near the pool, to the gym equipment.
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Absolutely love it, will be back next year!!

Excellent city hotel with perfect location! 🌊 Across the street - a beautiful promenade, where it's nice to walk every day, enjoying the sea air and beautiful views. A separate pleasure is the view from the window, the sea is simply mesmerizing ❤ Very nice to start the day with such a view. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff is polite and attentive, always ready to help. The food is diverse and delicious - a large selection of dishes every day. An excellent option for those who want to combine a seaside vacation and city life. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Unfortunately did not meet our expectations
The view is very beautiful. The receptionist is quite friendly. That was it with the positive impressions.

- • We were there for the first time in December 2025. The staff and service were first class. Now, about 3 months later, we were completely amazed. The staff had obviously been replaced. Not even a hint of the excellent service was left. Totally unmotivated, unfriendly service staff who prefer to look away and totally ignore the guests. Carelessly prepared drinks and unclean tables. The food was qualitatively rather inferior, once a hair in the food and then lipstick on the glass. The staff also mostly looked like they were wearing their comfortable tracksuits and about to go to sleep. (green sweatpants, gray oversized fleece jacket) The rooms are very noisy, you can't think of peace. The guests show no consideration and have been incredibly loud both in the room and in the corridors. The carpet in the room was quite filthy, full of stains, and the armchair also had stains and a burn hole. We couldn't feel comfortable. The balcony is very narrow, you can only stand there. The promised bathrobes never arrived.
