Amazing staff
I was having breakfast at the Estelar El Cable in Manizalez, Colombia, when the 7.4 earthquake struck. The neighborhood was hit very hard with major structural damage everywhere. The hotel staff was amazing in directing the guest to safety, as the earthquake was happening. They later arranged another hotel for me, and transportation. Before the earthquake, the hotel was wonderful, a 10 rating. The way the staff handled the emergency, and their concern of guests safety was incredible. I definitely plan on going back to personally thank them all.

- • Air conditioner was not working in any room. First room got too hot and I was changed but the same issue was present with the air conditioner. It seems they have been deliberately disabled (i.e. fan worked but no cooling)
