- • Due to the lack of attention from the receptionist who did not pay attention to what I had told her, and that made me very upset, as I had requested a romantic surprise for my boyfriend's birthday and they replied to me through the website and when I got there I asked the receptionist and she pretended to understand and said everything was okay, I got to the room and there was nothing, that was disrespectful to the customer, I complained later and the other person there just said they couldn't do anything 👎🏻 anyway

Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at Meliá Braga. The hotel is modern, elegant, and very well decorated. The room was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and pleasant. The staff was also very kind, welcoming, and available. The breakfast is also of very good quality, with a wide selection of products.

- • The only small negative point concerns the spa area. The indoor pool and jacuzzi seem a bit small considering the number of guests in the hotel. It would also be appreciated if there were more control or awareness regarding the use of the jacuzzi. During my stay, two people occupied it for about thirty minutes, which did not allow other guests to enjoy it. It's a shame because it can affect the overall experience.
