Nice room, comfortable bed, clean, 4 minutes by car to Petra. We visited out of season, there were few tourists, we were the only ones in the hotel, so there was no buffet, they just served us breakfast. (if that matters)

A sense of family from afar!
The welcome, the availability of the staff, all the little touches that make life pleasant, the organization by Mahmoud, the hotel owner, of our day trip to Wadi Rum. The proximity to downtown and its bustling life.

- • The only downside is the lack of easy access in the bathroom and maybe also showers for people with reduced mobility
We had a last minute booking and Ali was really good to us in getting us checked in and arranging an incredible breakfast the next morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
