Nice surprise in the center of Cuenca.
Super clean. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Impeccable sheets. The staff's attention is fantastic, always looking to serve and find options for our needs. The location is ideal if you want to move around on foot in the center.

👎 Disliked
- • The parking is a bit inconvenient although you have the option within the same building, which is not common in Cuenca and is a great advantage. The breakfast is basic but works quite well, if they added butter and jam it would be complete.

Cozy hotel with an excellent location and ideal for the whole family
Excellent location, very friendly and attentive staff, impeccable and warm room, the one I chose had a balcony with a beautiful view, the parking was next to the hotel, breakfast is fresh and tasty.

👎 Disliked
- • The parking is a bit narrow (consider if traveling in a large vehicle), breakfast is not very varied and the option with a balcony may generate a little more noise but it is not loud or intolerable.
