- • The A/C stopped working at 1:30 AM. The shampoo container only had water, and they promptly provided soap and shampoo in the morning. I reported the A/C issue in the morning, and they took note. Although they mentioned they have 24-hour customer service, 1:30 am was very inconvenient for us.

The food was very delicious, and what I liked is that the hotel is very beautiful and clean. Excellent location, I would stay again.

- • Guests did not respect the night's rest, they were slamming doors and running around the halls, some children were not letting others sleep with their shouting and playing. And the adults seemed to be drunk because they were also heard speaking very loudly.
