We would stay there again.
Location was convenient, about 6 blocks from town. Staff was very nice and helpful. It was nice having the swimming pool. They offer filtered water. Fairly close to stores and restaurants. We never needed to take a taxi. Air conditioning and a fan in the room. Nice hot water for showering.

- • The noise from the street and the bar was a little loud, but it didn’t bother us too much. There’s no security safe in the room, but the hotel seems very safe.
Exactly what they described! Amazing support by the personnel
The hotel is very close to downtown. Next to it, there are several services: Drugstore, groceries, restaurants. But the most important highlight is the hotel personnel! They were amazingly kind and gentle with us! My partner got sick and they were always helping me during this.

The only positive note is the kindness of the girl at the reception! Very kind in helping us with the presence of a gecko in the room and providing us with tourist information. Convenient location close to the center and the pier.

- • Room too close to the reception, you could hear all the chatter! Loud music until late at night coming from a nearby venue so impossible to sleep well. The window in the room faces the street so you had to keep the blackout curtains closed all the time otherwise passersby see everything so dark room needing to turn on the lights even during the day. Quite humid. Above the previous negative notes, some of which are not directly related to the hotel (music, humidity), the worst thing was the cleanliness upon our arrival. Most likely the room was not cleaned upon our arrival and the sheets were not changed, as I found many hairs especially on the pillow that I had to put a t-shirt on top to be able to sleep peacefully. Presence of insects and worms in the shower just checked in as well as the first night before going to bed we noticed a gecko in the room.

- • I didn't like that there's a bar on the opposite corner and at night they play loud music. I couldn't sleep (I'm very particular about sleeping and the noise made it hard for me to sleep)
We enjoyed our stay, and the little decorations the staff do with the towels are fun and it all makes for a fun atmosphere
Staff was friendly. The bed is king-sized so there was more than enough room for us.

Great attention
The attention of the staff was magnificent, very attentive and helped us with everything (they even told us how much the taxi to the ferry should cost so we wouldn't be overcharged). The hotel is well located and easy to reach from the ferry port. We will return!
