Comfortable and good location
Comfortable rooms with private and spacious bathroom, good location, and water dispenser in the common area; upon leaving, the same staff called taxis for us to return to the pier

- • In two of our rooms, the air conditioning was not cooling, fortunately, they agreed to move us to rooms with functional air conditioning

We would stay there again.
Location was convenient, about 6 blocks from town. Staff was very nice and helpful. It was nice having the swimming pool. They offer filtered water. Fairly close to stores and restaurants. We never needed to take a taxi. Air conditioning and a fan in the room. Nice hot water for showering.

- • The noise from the street and the bar was a little loud, but it didn’t bother us too much. There’s no security safe in the room, but the hotel seems very safe.
Exactly what they described! Amazing support by the personnel
The hotel is very close to downtown. Next to it, there are several services: Drugstore, groceries, restaurants. But the most important highlight is the hotel personnel! They were amazingly kind and gentle with us! My partner got sick and they were always helping me during this.

The only positive note is the kindness of the girl at the reception! Very kind in helping us with the presence of a gecko in the room and providing us with tourist information. Convenient location close to the center and the pier.

- • Room too close to the reception, all the chatter could be heard! Loud music until late at night coming from a nearby venue, so it was impossible to sleep well. The window in the room faces the street, so the blackout curtains had to be kept closed all the time, otherwise passersby could see everything, making the room dark and needing to turn on the lights even during the day. Quite humid. Above the previous negative notes, some of which are not entirely the hotel's fault (music, humidity), the worst thing was the cleanliness upon our arrival. Most likely, the room was not cleaned upon our arrival, and the sheets were not changed, as I found many hairs, especially on the pillow, so much so that I had to put a t-shirt on it to be able to sleep peacefully. Upon checking in, there were insects and worms in the shower, and on the first night before going to bed, we noticed there was a gecko in the room.

- • I didn't like that there's a bar on the opposite corner, and at night, they play loud music. I couldn't sleep (I am very particular about sleeping, and the noise made it difficult for me to sleep)
