- • Bed was very uncomfortable, springs poking into your back, also a little tatty in places and needs some upkeep, tiles coming off the walls and radiator rusty.
Lovely room and excellent customer service. Breakfast was good too. Great location.

Lovely hotel, room was great with big bay window overlooking the park. Very warm but small fan was provided.

Great location, on the outskirts of a very busy town centre, opposite the gorgeous museum gardens which makes the walk into town extremely pleasant!

- • In contrast to last year, you can see that everything is much more worn out, staircase railing partially sticky, carpets have donkey ears, radiators are rusting. I still liked it here, but I fear that many things will need to be improved next year. The 'boss' a bit arrogant. Other staff very courteous.
