I like the laundry machine in the room. The spacious of the room. The coffee Nd waffle maker at the breakfast is not bad.

- • I hate the paper cover of the card key which was old and disgusting. I couldn't believe they reuse the paper cover for holding the card key. The pillow is far too soft with indent.
Very recommend to stay when visit Chengdu

- • The receptionist could be more professional when checking in rather than spending more time talking (due to tiredness from visiting other place)
Fantastic pool. Furthermore, the hotel is in a nice quiet location in the city. We took a lovely evening walk along the river. The hotel is really quiet and beds are comfortable.

The hotel contacted us before check-in to confirm room preferences and provide directions. Communication was excellent in English, and all reception staff understood and spoke English well. We were checked in, paid a deposit of 300 yuan, and it was all returned. The room itself was very pleasant and had all the amenities you could imagine: a full kitchen with a stove, dishes, oven, sink, large refrigerator. There was a hairdryer, all towels, shampoo and gel, all bathroom sets. And what was very pleasing - the presence of a full washing machine and dryer, and even detergent for one wash (we were able to comfortably wash everything we needed after a long journey). There was also an ironing board, slippers, safe, drinking water. We really liked it. Receptionist Kelly helped us buy tickets to the Panda Breeding Base from our room, thank her very much, we couldn't buy them ourselves. We checked out of the room very early, at 5 in the morning and all this without any problems. There was a good breakfast: both Asian and European dishes. Also, a really convenient location at the hotel: we always walked back from the center, walked along the waterfront, very convenient and close and a very pleasant area around.

excellent stay in Chengdu
We arrived at 2 am and a hostess at the reception was waiting for us. The room is more than spacious, it's an apartment with a kitchen and complimentary water every morning, the beds are comfortable. Everything is perfect, even the breakfast where there is as much sweet as savory; we can cook fresh waffles ourselves and the omelettes are excellent. The billiard room, ping pong, foosball is a plus, as well as the large pool and sauna. Beautiful view of the river. The hotel is on the 3rd floor.

A mixed stay — the breakfast and room views were highlights, but recurring issues with air conditioning and Wi-Fi made for a challenging experience.

- • Our stay was unfortunately marred by two recurring issues. The air conditioning was inadequate throughout our stay — the centralized system could not be set below a certain temperature, making it difficult to sleep comfortably at night. We were initially offered only a portable fan as a workaround, and eventually had to move to a smaller room to partially manage the heat. No financial compensation was offered for this room downgrade. While the staff were responsive, it shouldn’t require a room change — let alone an uncompensated one — to achieve a comfortable sleeping temperature. The Wi-Fi also did not work during our stay, which was frustrating.
