- • A minor downside: the quality of small repairs is not very neat and quite noticeable. Also, I don't know how possible it is for a hotel: maybe it's worth putting new sponges for washing dishes in the kitchen for the next tenants and cleaning a bit more thoroughly.

Excellent location, very good breakfast, friendly staff. We also used the kitchen, which was fine. Recommended.

The room was very clean and large. We had access to the indoor pool, a very large gym, and spa. Good location, two metro stops to the center of Chengdu. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were very friendly, even the night elevator concierge was very attentive and friendly. We would repeat.

A localização junto ao rio e a capacidade de caminhar até algumas atrações a menos de 1,5 km. O tamanho do quarto é generoso. Tínhamos um apartamento com 2 quartos. O banheiro possui amenidades suficientes. A cozinha também tinha talheres e louças suficientes.

- • Todo o apartamento parece desgastado. A máquina de lavar, mesmo tendo função de secagem, não seca. É melhor usar as lavanderias comuns.
It was excellent!
Location. Accommodation is excellent, we were very well received. The restaurant is great, breakfast with bread, coffee, yogurt, omelet, and many Chinese dishes. It has a equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and an iron. I found it excellent, highly recommend.

Boa variedade de café da manhã. Comparado a outras unidades da Somerset em diferentes cidades, os quartos estavam desgastados e a equipe não era proativa.

- • 1) o micro-ondas tem cheiro de queimado 2) precisamos solicitar novamente o suporte para secar roupas 3) amenidades do banheiro usadas na estadia anterior, como tapete de banho e touca de banho, não foram substituídas 4) há cheiro de fumaça de cigarro no apartamento 5) a equipe não é proativa. Solicitamos à recepção noturna a necessidade de preparar o café da manhã às 6h30. Na manhã seguinte, repetimos o pedido. Recebemos caixas para viagem, mas sem talheres. Eles fornecerão se solicitado. Apenas frustrante quando você está com pressa, com mandarim limitado, você precisa passar pela mesma conversa da noite anterior.
