- • The staff understand only Chinese. Reception has a policy not to call taxi. Although for our case with lot of persuasion the reception called a taxi for airport. It is extremely difficult to call a taxi without Chinese app. They do not accept any international credit card.

- • 1.walking with my luggage The address is wrong. It took me more than an hour to find the place. The hotel is located on the perpendicular street. 2 they did not accept my Mastercard which I used several times before in Beijing. Also did not accept US dollars. That stressed me and wasted a lot of time looking for a solution to pay.
