- • Good afternoon, I come to inform that on 13/05/2026 I packed my suitcase inside the hotel room (but did not close it), and when I arrived home, I noticed that a pendrive and an adapter were missing. I was quite sad about it. I already called the hotel reception to report it, but I was informed that nothing was found at the time of my departure. However, I am sure that it was lost inside the hotel room.

- • Musty smell, breakfast with stale bread, shower with low water pressure, and very poor quality toilet paper.
Everything was great. When I arrived to check-in, the guy at the reception was very attentive. The room was very good and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. I liked everything. It was very good to stay at the Ara Mar hotel.

The breakfast was of very good quality. The staff was always smiling and very courteous. The coffee was always available and very tasty.

- • In the bathrooms, there were no towel hooks, in one of the rooms the TV did not have internet access, and the Wi-Fi also did not work properly.
