- • The basic room is in a prefabricated module in front of the hotel. The room is very small on the ground floor... Value for money does not correspond.

Very expensive for bare essentials.
The room was lovely and big, plenty of storage, fridge and safe included, nice to have the option of a bath and a shower. Good TV size and WiFi was good.

- • Having to pay a toll to literally get into the car park. The prepayment charge (effectively having to pay twice). Bathroom wasn't particularly clean. Beds not very comfortable, quite hard. Windows wouldn't open so the room was really hot and sticky. Breakfast was very very basic. Choice of about 5 items of food. Staff quite dismissive and unknowledgeable at the front desk. Having to pay to park was also a bit ridiculous, considering it was £114 for a less than 24hr stay. Very late reply as to whether we could park there before check-in, as check-in was only from 3pm, checkout being 11am. Feel that it was very poor value for money.

Very spacious room, with spacious beds. Good mattresses and pillows. Plenty of space to store things. Nice shower. Nice breakfast.

- • The access was difficult to find and the parking tight. Unfortunately, you can't fix that

- • Lounge area was disappointing and bar area closed so we were unable to relax and enjoy the place. Our bathroom had not been cleaned properly.
Beautiful surroundings for a nice relaxing stay
Breakfast was continental but nice and fresh, beds very comfortable, meals in the restaurant good and reasonable price, grounds were beautiful and very relaxing

- • Car park small not really ample for today’s vehicles, hotel interior a bit dated and could do with a paint, too many steps so not suitable with mobility issues
