- • The food was good but expensive. And the last evening was very chaotic, we had to wait a long time for dessert. It was made up for with a cup of coffee, the staff tried very hard.

- • Most of the information is provided digitally. I would have preferred more personal communication at the reception or on the large screen (also at the reception). For example, the bathhouse was not always available due to an event. This could have been communicated well on the screen.
