Very good stay as a couple
A very central hotel, very nice and the room we got had a spectacular view towards Bolivar Square. It's important to be on a high floor so that the traffic doesn't bother, in this case we were on the 6th and we liked it a lot. The staff was friendly and empathetic, the breakfast was rich and abundant buffet, the jacuzzi was also very good with 1 hour included and also parking included a block and a half away. We will definitely come back taking advantage of the discounts that Genius offers if we can afford to go. Thank you

- • We didn't like that we went to the jacuzzi and when we returned to our room we couldn't get in, the door had already been blocked even though we hadn't checked out and we were still within the allowed hours. Luckily, there was a cleaner on the floor who called reception, otherwise we would have had to go down to reception in our underwear.
