Wish Foz do Iguaçu

We arrived for check-in at 2 p.m. as informed, but we only managed to receive the room after a 1-hour and 30-minute wait. Since there was a person in a wheelchair in our group, we expected the process to be faster, but unfortunately, it took quite a while, leaving us with a bad impression. Later, we realized that this hotel operates like a condominium, with independent houses, which may explain why cleaning and organization take longer. This was probably the reason for the delay. I recommend this hotel for those who enjoy being in contact with nature, but for those who are bothered by occasional insects, it might be better to choose an option in the city center. There is a golf course, and the whole concept is very ecological. Overall, it was a good stay.

This is not a 5-star hotel. We had no internet or cell phone service during our stay.

Annoying

I had a few minor issues, but the most frustrating one was the checkout payment process.

Clean room. Excellent staff and service. Delicious buffet for breakfast and dinner. Easy to get a taxi or Uber, but not able to walk to sites easily.

Beautiful place; very good hotel, comfortable, excellent food.

Excellent property. Short Uber drive to waterfalls, mall, and airport. Staff very professional and courteous. Highly recommend. I would stay again!

Beautiful property with many activities for the whole family. Breakfast is great.

Stay with terrible service and bugs in the room.

Lack of receptivity by the couriers upon arrival (3 people talking, not providing directions. Only 1 gentleman showed where the reception entrance was, which is VERY poorly signposted due to construction). Lack of receptivity and cordiality at check-in. There was no assistance with luggage, nor were the hotel activities directed (arrival at 7:00 p.m. Lady attending at the reception). Drinks were not even close to being cold during dinner (beer and soda). In the morning, we found a snake louse on my pillow, as shown in the attached photo and video. The double room had 4 pillows, which are thin and easily deform; besides, there was only one blanket. On the second day of our stay, we requested additional pillows and another blanket, but without success. We waited 40 minutes since the first attempt. We called the reception again, but nothing was done. The room's Wi-Fi had an extremely unstable connection (we stayed in house 06). It kept dropping, and we had to register again each time. We have the Vivo operator, which does not work very well in the hotel areas, meaning we had restricted and unstable connection. We stayed at another hotel in Foz, but we decided to change to Wish to test the experience, as the photos show a good structure. Indeed, the hotel is very beautiful, but bugs in the bed, unfriendly service, and lack of follow-through on promises made us reconsider our decision.

Excellent accommodations, as well as breakfast and other services. Attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect as always, and this time we stayed in a room with a view of the forest and a jacuzzi, very beautiful
