- • The room was very dark, practically without windows. The bed had several hairs, as if they only made the bed without changing the sheets or shaking. The breakfast was very average and the person in charge was not very friendly.
Very pleasant stay
The hotel is quiet, not noisy. It is close to many restaurants. The breakfast is delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. When you request transportation, it arrives very quickly, so it is a very accessible place. They kept our luggage on the last day of the trip. There is always cold water available.

- • There was only cold water, the air conditioning was very noisy, and one of the beds too. The room has a window to the hallway with automatic light, so every time someone passes by, that light turns on and illuminates the room. If you are sensitive to light, this is uncomfortable because the blind does not cover enough to darken the room.

- • When we arrived, the hotel seemed nice, but they need to improve the general cleanliness of both the common areas and the room. The elevator was dirty, had no safety signage, and truly did not give us peace of mind when going up to the fourth floor where our room was located. The room lights only turned off if you removed the access card located near the entrance door, the switches did not work, the breakfast was basic; they can improve. Thank you very much
