- • No cleaning of the room even when I put the sign out- staff not present
Good location to visit the city
The kindness of the owners, the studio planned for 5 people, the ideal location to visit Quebec without a car, paid but convenient parking, coffee available

👎 Disliked
- • There is probably a lack of a hot plate in the shared kitchen (there is a microwave, kettle, and coffee maker with dishes), and one person sleeps on a sofa bed and another in front of the window with a broken blackout curtain, no possibility of airing

- • Window overlooking cars in the courtyard. Uncomfortable bed. Prices too high (room and parking) for average quality.
We enjoyed our stay in Quebec, a friendly hotel, a good place to stay if you're okay walking.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The communal kitchen was very handy for a hot drink. The facilities were very clean.

- • Reading the reviews we thought the property was closer to the Old Town, it was actually a good 20 min walk each way. The room was compact with only a very small rail to hang any clothes.
Very comfortable and convenient.
