- • Musky smell in the north facing ground floor room we had.
A truly wonderful stay with exceptional service! I stayed here for two nights, and everything—the breakfast, the beach, the gardens, and the room—was absolutely beautiful. Upon arrival, I realized I had left my phone in the car. I spoke with Emmy at the concierge desk, and she was incredibly helpful and kind in resolving the issue. I am truly grateful for her support. Every staff member I encountered was also very friendly and always greeted me with a smile.

- • The only minor downside was the loud karaoke coming from an event at the neighboring hotel, which affected the atmosphere a bit. However, this was outside of the hotel’s control, so it couldn’t be helped. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you for a lovely stay!

- • I was guided to a room on the first floor, but it was visible from the outside, without curtains, and had to keep the sliding door closed all the time, making it a dark room. Although it was a high-priced hotel, I didn't feel like staying at a 5-star hotel at all. I stayed at other hotels this time, but I didn't find the breakfast delicious either.
