- • Very bad experience. We were very disappointed with our stay at this Ibis Styles. The room and the hotel itself were far from the expected level for an establishment of this category. (Dirty hotel, really needs a refresh). The floor was dirty when we arrived, and in the bathroom, the bolts holding the shower head fell while my two young children were in the bathtub. They could have been injured. It is simply unacceptable in terms of safety. We also requested a baby cot when booking. However, upon arrival, no baby cot was set up in the room. We had to wait for nearly 30 minutes with our two children sleeping in the car until a cot could finally be provided. The reception was also very disappointing. The night receptionist just left our key card on the counter, without any explanation or guidance. I didn't even know where the breakfast room was, or what time it was served. Usually, when we arrive at a hotel, we are at least informed about the floor and breakfast times. Here, no information was given to us. It is really not very clear or professional for a reception service. Regarding breakfast, again, big disappointment. For a hotel with nearly 100 rooms, there is only one high chair available for children. With two young babies, this is clearly insufficient. So, you have to make do with one high chair for several families with young children. In addition, the breakfast room is particularly small compared to the hotel's capacity. The tables are very close together, and you literally eat next to other guests, with very little space. The whole area really lacks comfort. Another point that puzzles us: there is a gate at the entrance that is locked at night, and you need a code to enter. However, this code was not provided to us upon check-in, and we had to figure it out ourselves. This lack of information and assistance from the staff is disappointing and inconvenient.

- • I made this reservation for my partner, and he was greeted by a very rude individual. We were not aware that a deposit was required, especially since my husband had stayed the week before and was not asked for anything. I also work in the hotel industry, and I was shocked to hear this man tell my husband that he was the one in charge and therefore did not have the right to speak... He should be retrained because even if he was right, there is still a way to address a customer...
