- • It was hot in the rooms, the only way to get some fresh air was to open the window.
Nice hotel near Legoland
Very good location, close to Legoland and at the same time very quiet. Rooms have much space and are very well equipped. Nice social spaces for chatting and playing.

- • Staff tried to lower the room temperature. The radiator was broken and couldn't be adjusted. Next attempt, open the window to cool down. Couldn't open the window. The staff offered to change rooms, there were no similar rooms available so we were offered an upgrade for an additional charge.
Overall, not worth the money per night given no restaurant on premises, parking not included.
The hotel is in a good location and proximity to Legoland/Lalandia but need transportation to get anywhere else. Staff is very friendly and has a nice gym, playroom for kids, Lego blocks and a really decent breakfast but you have to book your table for the morning.

- • The rooms are decent but motel quality and bathrooms need updating. We stayed in May so it was a cooler month but the room didn't appear to have A/C. There is also no restaurant serving dinner on premises (only breakfast) and some readymade salads and snacks for purchase. The parking is also NOT included and there's no good outdoor playground for kids.
Definitely cozier in the pictures.
I liked the distance from Legoland, 8 min. Very nice and helpful staff. The pool after a tiring day is also a pretty good option.

- • Complete lack of any acoustic insulation, we were woken up at 6 every day by neighbors. The room decor is rather dark and not very cozy. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, would need refreshing. Maybe my expectations of Danish design were too high, it's definitely not there. The lack of a restaurant was a big inconvenience because Billund, to put it mildly, is terrible in terms of culinary options, so it would be nice to be able to eat something at the hotel in the evening. Breakfasts are the same every day, you have to make a reservation and okay, some sit in nice pleasant rooms and others in a dark, depressing room without windows.
Great location, small and outdated rooms
The location is excellent, and both the exterior and the common areas are very appealing.
