Excellent attention. Ideal location.
The hotel is very well located and the room we had was very comfortable. The staff was super nice. It is a family atmosphere and they were always willing to help and make us feel at home. The breakfast was also very good.

- • The bed was king-sized but the quilt wasn't big enough to cover it. Bathroom fixtures were old and looked a bit unclean although I think it was mainly limescale. Toilet didn't always flush effectively. Kettle was provided but no tea or coffee and only tiny cups. My partner hit his head on the TV, which is wall-mounted in an ill-considered location just inside the door to the balcony. Lots of noise audible through the walls until late at night. Bedside light didn't work, although it did make a noise when switched on. Furnishings were tired and shabby. A bit mystified by the high rating this place apparently has.
The most hospitable hotel in a lovely area. Staying here is a must!!
Honestamente no puedo decir suficientes cosas agradables sobre Urkmez. Desde el check-in hasta el check-out, la experiencia fue maravillosa. Primero, la ubicación es perfecta. Es céntrica y cerca de todo pero también agradable y tranquila al mismo tiempo. La habitación es cómoda pero pequeña y tiene un balcón encantador, con vistas a las calles laterales del centro de Selcuk. Es genial para observar a la gente pero también muy agradable y tranquilo. ¡También puedes ver el castillo! El personal no podría ser más amable y lo digo en serio. ¡Qué familia encantadora! Se esforzaron en todo lo que pudieron para ayudarnos a encontrar restaurantes, tours, taxis. También recomendaron cenar en un pueblo cercano, Sirince, ¡del que nunca hubiéramos sabido! Selcuk fue encantador y tuvimos una visita maravillosa en Éfeso pero lo que hizo que esta etapa de nuestro viaje fuera tan memorable fue el Hotel Urkmez. Además, el desayuno estaba delicioso. Se nota que realmente se preocupan por sus huéspedes. Ya los he estado recomendando a mis amigos y familiares. Si planeas visitar Selcuk, ¡ALOJATE EN URKMEZ!
