beautiful home away from home in Shanghai
comfortable room, nice pool facilities, views and lounge area. staff was exemplary and very professional. Incredible bar team and management, always with a small attention to the costumers or a restaurant recommendation. Couldn’t be happier with the incredible team across the board, from the cleaning staff to the head sommelier . Thank you for making our stay so special.

- • every public area is either a restaurant venue or a payable lounge. Would have appreciated a free lounge area for such upscale hotel. Also nothing complementary in the room ( drinks or snacks) , with a very expensive mini bar. At the price per night, would expect not having to pay 8€ for a coconut water can.

- • The pool did not work during all 4 days of our stay, we were not informed in advance about it.
A beautiful, clean and conveniently located hotel! Well-trained and attentive staff! The club lounge area was very pleasing. Its staff are polite and friendly, the food is good, the views are beautiful! We had a situation where we were late for lunch and very hungry. The staff kindly brought us individually prepared snacks.
