Everything was great. The music, the proximity to the beach, the pools, the restaurants, the cafes. The overall atmosphere at the resort was fantastic.

Everything was beautiful. We chose to focus on the beautiful things and not let any small issues bother us. Thank you all.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and our room had a stunning view. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful, especially Ms. Abrar, who deserves a special thank you. 🙏

- • It is far from the city center, and outside food is not allowed. Also, there was a delay of more than an hour before a staff member came to collect our luggage.
The stay was beautiful, we encountered a minor issue that was resolved by Mr. Fadi immediately when the problem arose. Many thanks to Mr. Fadi for his politeness and good.
Everything is beautiful, the food variety and the respect of the employees.

A simply perfect hotel! Amazing service, lovely staff, everything clean and tidy, and every detail was just right. We enjoyed every moment.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The pools were clean and beautiful, and the suite was a good size. I would be willing to stay here again, provided that more attention is given to the facilities, especially the rooms, and that the furniture is upgraded.

- • The balcony light was on all the time, and the light switch was not working. The wardrobe is old, and it had been repaired with a door handle installed in an unprofessional manner. The furniture does not give the impression of a five-star hotel; it feels more like an ordinary budget inn. The floor is always left wet after cleaning and is not dried properly. The Wi-Fi router is placed in a corner of the living room, and the exposed cables look messy and unpleasant.
