- • there is no outdoor seating in front of the adjacent building, during our stay there was a wedding in the villa and our large group sat on the ground, but it's not a big problem

Excellent location near Venice airport
We arrived for one night after a late landing at Venice airport. The hostess welcomed us very kindly. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Clean and tidy room. The hotel is surrounded by lawns and gardens and it was fun to eat the very good breakfast in this green landscape.

15 min to Marco Polo airport, we got a great price and the breakfast is fantastic.
Breakfast is REALLY good. They clearly have 2 wings and the wing we stayed in was fine, but in no way grand. It is dated and the bathroom is small but usable. For the value it's a clear 10, for a romantic getaway, it wasn't what it looks like from the pictures....maybe if you stay in the other wing?

- • I can't complain. I even booked it again a few days later. It's just the wing we were in is pretty dated.
