Very nice hotel
Large parking lot, possibility to park right in front of the accommodation entrance. There is also an elevator, no need to carry suitcases up the stairs. Quiet location in seclusion.

- • Limited breakfast selection, lacked fresh vegetables. The hotel surroundings seem a bit deserted. The exterior photos provided by the accommodation are not up to date. The shower had silicone and grout attacked by mold.
The breakfast was perfect, very nice service, wonderful facility (if you have mosquito repellent), good location, excellent value for money

- • Mold in the shower. Very small bathroom, little storage space in the room and no hooks on the walls. During check-in (promptly at 3 pm, not late at night), we requested a baby cot - this was not possible because we did not specify a request for a baby cot when booking. Disappointing for a 4-star hotel, especially since it was obviously not fully booked and our baby was the only toddler on site.
Excellent place but the real gem of this place - apart from the ultimate beauty of the surroundings - is its people, Roberto, Alessandra, and the rest of the reception team. As a hotel manager myself, please accept my congratulations. Of course, there is always room for improvement, for example, breakfast service by a professional waiter, or a better hospitality atmosphere at the morning buffet. However, overall, an absolutely incredible place to spend some of your valuable holiday time, so the small mishaps would not justify anything less than 10 out of 10. Thank you!
