- • The bathroom and the terrace were a bit dirty and in our room, the terrace window did not close properly

The location of the hotel was very good - within a few minutes' walk, you reach lively streets with shopping opportunities, cafes, restaurants, or the Citadel of Amman. Parking by car is easily possible. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the window was very nice.

- • Great that a kettle and a few tea bags are provided, however, a spoon or wooden stirrer is missing.
The service is quite good, one of the receptionists, Abdullah Elyyan, is incredibly kind and attentive!

A truly wonderful hotel. The manager was incredibly helpful and constantly asked if we needed anything. The staff were excellent, and the location was perfect. We will definitely return.
