An ideal Boho-Chic Hotel to rest, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere of Tulum
The hotel's design is great, it goes well with the Tulum atmosphere with a Bohemian Chic style, the finishes, facilities, and different locations are very good. The Concierge service was always attentive to us and made good reservations that we enjoyed.

- • They should not charge for a cappuccino at breakfast in a room that costs almost $800 per night with breakfast included, and also charge a tip even if the amount is zero, it's a bit strange. Tulum has a serious communication problem, and the cell phone and internet connection is of very low quality, but the hotel should have that resolved somehow. I have been to other places where even though there is no internet in the town, it works perfectly in the hotel.
The most beautiful location and experience ever!
There was nothing not to like! This was a dream vacation! The staff were amazing, and our concierge, Raquel, planned the perfect excursions for us!

- • I wish more restaurants at the location were open, but we went during the slow season so that's to be expected.
