Luxurious hotel with excellent service, spacious rooms, and outstanding breakfast
The two-bedroom suite was absolutely fantastic - very large, with amazing interior details and a luxurious bathroom area. The breakfast buffet was one of the best on the entire trip with fresh dragon fruit and pineapple, delicious detox juices, and several types of pho. The service was excellent overall, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcomed us with chocolate, fruit, and fresh flowers in the room upon arrival. In the afternoons, they sometimes brought nuts and other treats. The restaurant served delicious dishes, also with outstanding service. Down in the lobby was Vy - who helped us (and everyone else) with everything under the sun. The location was also very convenient, with an ATM right across the street. No issues or complications with cards or payments. A true vacation.

- • There was ongoing maintenance at the hotel (as they informed us beforehand). The elevators felt a bit unstable. One of them was out of service. The hotel pool was a bit warm and didn't cool off completely in the hot Hue weather, and the changing rooms had minor issues with leaking pipes in the showers. But these are minor things - our stay was absolutely fantastic.
Luxury at an affordable price
Magnificent building located on a main road, just a 15-minute walk from the center of Hué. The hotel alone is worth the visit to this city: the rooms and common areas are luxurious, the pool is beautiful, the breakfast very complete and of good quality, the staff is very attentive. Mrs. Alice, who helped us at breakfast, is a lovely lady who speaks English very well. Upon arrival on the first day, the reception staff informed us that we had been upgraded. We thus enjoyed a large suite instead of the room we had booked. We really recommend this establishment.
