We loved it!
Very beautiful hotel, well located in the heart of Cuenca. Spacious suite, in a quiet environment, very comfortable and cozy. Quality bedding and many small attentions from the staff (hot water bottles placed in the bed at night, even though it wasn't cold in the room, it's a nice touch, a welcome note upon arrival and a fruit platter). The rest of the hotel is also very beautiful, excellent breakfast and very good restaurant. I forgot something in the room when leaving, the hotel quickly notified me and arranged for the delivery of what I had forgotten to another hotel where I was staying. A big thank you to the whole team, we had a superb stay.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Cuenca!
Very clean, centrally located making getting around Cuenca a breeze, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and responsive (they’ll help you find a taxi, recommend great spots to eat and things to see, and the front desk was available essentially 24/7) We had a minor issue with the flushing mechanism in our toilet and we told staff. They fixed it immediately!

The best of Cuenca at a very competitive price
An excellent value for money in the best location of Cuenca. Excellent facilities, colonial atmosphere, very good service from the staff and especially at the front desk. French restaurant offering very good cuisine at a reasonable price with exceptional service (Andrés is very professional and friendly).

Beautiful house with flair.
Accommodation very nice, we were able to change to the suite upon request and were very satisfied. Perfect location, everything within easy walking distance.
