Excellent budget accommodation in Christchurch city centre.
We booked a private en suite room to be with younger members of the family who were in a bunk room. Excellent facilities, very helpful staff, and great location opposite Christchurch Arts Centre and a short walk to lots of bars and restaurants. It’s a hostel so doesn’t have all the facilities of a hotel. I would stay here again.

Can't wait to get home so I can get some sleep
The bed mattress was comfortable - pity it was too noisy to be able to sleep.

- • The noise from the 24hr laundry room!!! Oh my god. I paid more money for a twin room and got more noise than I bargained for. Mt twin room attached to the 24 hour laundry room with people coming and going, slamming the washer and dryer doors - the noise from the floor boards. This was extremely disappointing. I am emotionally drained as I was here for a funeral of a close family member and I was unable to sleep during the nights I stayed. Seriously, at the end of the day accommodation has one job: a place where you can sleep, this completely failed in this area. I can't wait to get home so I can get some sleep.
