Excellent service in all aspects, experience rated 10/10! Particularly impressive was the chauffeur service to the airport. Due to my mother's difficulty walking, the hotel staff at the airport warmly guided us all the way to our destination, very patient and smiling!

Exceptional experience, staying in this hotel atop the bustling city of Singapore. I've always wanted to do this, and it was definitely worth it. Staff was very friendly and always eager to support us in all possible ways.

- • Sad that the pool needs to be closed in case of nearby thunderstorms, but well, I guess that's what you have to live with in this climate. Would have loved to have an alternative - maybe an indoor spa or so...
