We found insects several times, furniture and carpet need to be replaced. Will not come again
The variety of food at breakfast was very limited. I booked my room with breakfast for all five nights but only used it for one day as the options were not many and the food quality was not very good.

- • My booking was through booking.com. We were a family of 5, three adults and two children aged 2 and 5. I was allocated two units: one king-size room and one double bed room (which was enough for us) and a suite. We explained to the receptionist and manager that we didn't need the suite unit, but they were very reluctant to understand and refused to help at all. We ended up paying for the suite unit without using it for the five nights despite sending an email to customer service and discussing this situation with them on multiple occasions. This was very disappointing for the whole family.

- • A lot of things were not working in our room. Even though it got sorted while we were there, it should have been seen to before we arrived. The pool at the spa was pretty cold. I was expecting a heated pool.
We will come back but only when we get what we are booking, not an apartment with a view of the parking.
We were at Simola for the 3rd time. Excellent breakfast, our room was spectacularly beautiful, big, clean, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are very big, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the gas fireplace adds to a nice cozy stay. Only the furniture and the carpets are a bit old, so some need a bit of a revamp :-)

- • The Spa was very dirty in the evenings! Used towels all over, dirty floors, and used glasses in the sauna! No staff was ever seen in the week we were there. No fresh water to drink after the sauna! There is no attention to detail at all, it's far down and forgotten! Very sad because it could be very nice...
Safe and excellent with excellent views but old, and I will not repeat the visit unless renovated.

- • Blind in the bathroom missing slats, which is not ideal when you are right by the walkway. Pillows need replacing. The inner rooms are just not the same without the outer room views. Second room smelled of damp.
The location is very beautiful in the middle of nature, and the room is very spacious.

- • They only had lemon water, if you asked for regular water it was not free. Also, you only have one coffee, if you ask for a second coffee, you have to pay.
