The room was definitely the highlight of the stay — spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not as pleasant due to some issues.

Good value for money for a beachfront hotel. The pool is good, and the breakfast is decent, though not luxurious. The staff are responsive and help with everything.

- • I didn’t notice any significant disadvantages. Since there are a lot of rooms, they don’t always manage to clean them on time, and once I had to remind them.
Awesome stay and absolutely worth the price
Location: Wonderful location across the street from the beach and a walk away from lots of movement, shops, restaurants. I did find out when I arrived that this location seems to be heavily visited by Russian (and other Eastern European) tourists. Room: PREMIER ROOM - Very spacious, very clean & comfortable. No walls to the bathroom (it's a glass door/window) so be aware of that if booking with family/friends lol Also it mentions a "pool view" but the only pool I saw out of the window (4th/last floor) was the neighboring resort pool LOL not a big deal though. It also has a safe you can leave your valuables in while you are away and the room service is not expensive at all, very in-line with the restaurants around. Pool: There are hours listed on a sign but no one is going to kick you out for staying in late. There's also a bar right at the pool you can order drinks & food at :) Spent the day at the beach and would come to the hotel to hang out at the pool until the evening. Super relaxing! Breakfast: WONDERFUL!! It's buffet style with a lot of options. I believe it cycles through the room service menu every day and there's someone at the window you can ask for your eggs a certain style. Everything was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised.

- • Wi-Fi is not great and not super reliable. Works, but I wouldn't count on it if you had an important call or meetings to attend online.

Location was perfect. Across the road to the beach and the rooms are quite large. Ended my stay in Thailand perfectly 👌🏼

- • Non-English speaking Staff. Breakfast: old food from the previous day, dry and tasteless. As for the eggs, they don't make fresh eggs on request, they simply place pre-fried eggs in a tray that is covered and they are cold. Staff are not responsive. Internet Wi-Fi is practically non-existent, unable to hold connection and forever login back in to make it work. Never seen anyone cleaning the pool, floaties everywhere. Cocktails are a joke, not one bit of alcohol.
It's a shame that the noise from the construction slightly spoiled our stay
