- • The sauna and jacuzzis were not hot enough. Our room was generally clean, but there were a couple of things that could have been better regarding cleanliness. The food in the restaurant could also have been cooked better, and there was not enough variety in the food choices.
Incredibly well thought out, cozy, comfortable hotel. We regret that we only spent two nights there. Would have gladly stayed longer. Waterfalls, helicopters, bird park within walking distance.

- • SUNDAY BREAKFAST, 10/05 - AS IT WAS OUR LAST DAY.. WE PACKED OUR BAGS TO LEAVE AND WENT TO HAVE BREAKFAST AT 10:30. As it was Mother's Day, they were already setting up and reserving the space for lunch. we arrived at 10:30 and there were no more tables set up for breakfast, even though it was until 11:00.. In short, we had to leave the hotel without having breakfast. A real lack of respect on the part of the hotel staff.
