Delicious, recommended!
Great hotel, top room, beds, food and breakfast all 100%. The large lobby contains an Olympic museum with all kinds of original medals, posters, skates, Olympic torches, etc. Impressive collection!

The staff were all kind, so I was comfortable during my stay. The garden is very beautiful and nice, but it was too hot to take a proper walk. I'm sorry. I'll visit again when it's cool. Thank you for changing from MyCardix Deluxe Room to Premier Family Twin Room as I'm going with middle and high school kids.

- • There has never been a smooth moment from check-in to check-out. I had to wait more than necessary, and basic operations such as confirming reservation information, room assignment, and internal service were generally inexperienced. I chose the hotel expecting comfort, but instead, I only received stress. I waited for almost an hour at check-in, and there was even a ridiculous situation where another guest was assigned the wrong room and opened the door and entered. The room hygiene was also very disappointing. Breakfast registration was not properly done, so I checked multiple times, and there was an error in the payment process. It was also difficult to find a responsible attitude towards complaints, and in the end, I quietly checked out so as not to ruin my mood further. It seems urgent to improve the overall system of the hotel, and at this rate, I probably won't revisit.
We visited the hotel in winter so we could not enjoy many of the outside attractions. However, there are plenty of options for families with kids and there are some excellent places to visit nearby. The breakfast was very good as we expected. The fitness room was small but well equipped. The swimming pool is very good for families with kids.

- • It is an outdated hotel with some of the facilities in not the best of conditions. Checking in was unforgivably late in a five-star. If we comply to enter at 3, my room should be ready on time. They kept us and other guests more than 30 minutes waiting.
