For children, the bunk beds are great!
Check-in went well, we didn't know that you also had to pay a deposit of 100 euros and since we hadn't exchanged yet, we did it with RM (we came from Malaysia) this was not a problem. By the way, you could also have done a deposit with Euro.

- • Family room has a bunk bed but not all family rooms have the same space. In the end, we had to upgrade to the Deluxe for an additional fee because the standard room was just too tight. The Deluxe was not super spacious either, but it was fine for 3 nights.
We asked on the spot about room availability and they informed us that the room was available for early check-in at no extra cost. Grateful.
