Simple and well located
It is very well located, very close to various attractions in Miraflores. Around it, there are several options for restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. The facilities are simple and seem to be old, but everything was clean. The breakfast is good for the first meal of the day. Emilio and Maria are very dear and helpful. Overall, it has a good cost-benefit ratio.

Great for a bit more space around you and at a good distance from a center!
Centrally located, the room was spacious and had everything for a comfortable stay. Our friends could have breakfast and sit with us. (They had a similar little apartment) Breakfast in the room was simple. Basic kitchenette available. Very 👍🏼 friendly staff. Great beds and a bathroom with always hot water. Elevator available! :) Not much natural light. (Small window)

I've stayed at this place for over 20 years and it has always been reliable. It is clean, quiet, and safe. This is not luxury, of course, and the furniture might be from a few generations ago, but it is practical and very, very clean. There is a small kitchen to allow you to make coffee and other small dishes. For the price, it is an excellent choice and the location is superb.

- • It would be nice if it would be able to heat the room a little bit more. Traditional places in Lima tend to not bother much with heating or air conditioning because the temperature usually stays the same at around the 60s
