- • Access on weekends is somewhat difficult as the main road (Calea Victoriei) is closed. You have to access from Strada Ion Campineanu.

The rooms are large, with exquisite Louis XV style furniture, with all modern appliances functioning impeccably, soundproof, and well serviced. The hotel amenities are top spot, including a renowned Thai spa and a remarkable restaurant. Staff is very friendly and ready to help, breakfast is rich and tasty and the hotel is close to all main Bucharest attractions.

- • The property is old and tired and needs significant modernization. I don’t understand how it scores 9+ on Booking, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is at best an 8 and more like a 7. It’s perfectly fine, but not worth almost $250 a night
