Amazing villa and staff.
Everything was amazing, location is a 5-minute walk to Massimo Italian/Gelato. 7-minute walk to the beach, massages everywhere. The staff and the manager are more than amazing to help in any way they can. Especially, we received high tea or coffee with baked banana in the afternoon at the villa, and also we could ask for breakfast to be brought to the villa. I had a problem with my glasses the manager couldn't help with, and in the same afternoon, the reception knocked on our door to bring a new pair that the manager bought, and they refused to take money. Special thanks to the amazing manager. See you next time at both of your locations.

It was like an oasis. Gardens amazing, breakfast around the pool fabulous, rooms really great, service excellent. Would highly recommend. Staff always friendly.

- • Bathroom was a bit smelly, but you do get that in Bali, and the staff were onto it once we told them.

- • We stayed in a room, not a villa. The room was huge, bathroom great, only downside no window to the outside, but soon got used to it.
Great facilities for all ages.
The separate bedrooms and ensuites sharing the living, kitchen, and pool areas were perfect for our extended family. Breakfasts (included in the deal) were great with lots of variation. Having the larger pool in the common area was an added bonus with the toddlers' pool. Staff were very friendly and looked after us exceptionally well. The inclusion of the Vietnamese restaurant in the complex was another major bonus.
