- • Our welcome was terrible, the service was awful, the staff were more interested in messing about with each other and having fun that actually providing any level of service. The room was filthy, our feet were black from walking around in the room bare feet, there were black scuff marks all around the bathroom, it was generally dirty and scruffy.
Excellent location with an ocean view!
Excellent location. In the evening, you can have dinner with a view of the sea. The rooms are simply huge. The staff helped carry the luggage to the room. A cozy place on the ocean shore.

- • Overall, everything was good. I suggest expanding the menu in the restaurant a bit. The choice of dishes is modest - although the ocean view during evening dinner is magnificent!

We had booked the luxury suite. Everything was very clean, the bathroom was very spacious. The room was always prepared in the evening for the night and cleaned every day. The breakfast was also very good, the selection was sufficient. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was also ideal, the beautiful beach is right in front of the hotel and is within walking distance in a few minutes.

- • We booked a room with a sea view, in the photo appears a room with wide windows and a full view. We paid $400 per night (more expensive than all the other rooms). We received a small room on the ground floor, without windows, with a partial view of the sea and one door that opens to the street allowing a glimpse into the room. On the first night, the air conditioner broke down, and we suffocated from the heat and lack of air. The next morning at 8:00, I reported this at the reception and was assured it would be taken care of. We returned at 16:00 from a tiring day hoping to rest and shower, only to find out that the air conditioner issue had not been fixed. We had to wait until 17:30 when various technicians tried to fix the issue, and then we were told that the air conditioner could not be repaired. After some discussion, we were moved to a standard room, and of course, we no longer had time to rest before dinner. To their credit, the next morning the manager arrived, apologized, and credited my credit card with an amount close to the payment for one night. In any case, this is not a 5-star hotel, at most 3.5 stars.
