- • The hotel is in an area that is not good for walking around at night, there is no seating area on the balcony and you can't close the balcony window when sitting outside because the handle is only on one side. Breakfast was the same meal every day without any variety.

- • For the price we paid, they put a small child bed in a small room for 2 people for 3 adults, which was not shown in the images and was misleading for us. When we told the reception that the room was small and there was almost no room to move, and requested to be moved to a larger room, they asked for an extra charge from us. Since we did not accept, the person at the reception took the initiative and moved us to a larger room without charging. It was not appropriate to squeeze 3 beds in a small room for a 5-star hotel.

- • I did not like that the parking lot is paid. The variety of food is low, tasteless and unnecessarily expensive. The number of employees is low. During check-in, the gentleman at the reception spoke without even looking at us and was rude. The rooms were dirty. Especially the carpet on the floor seemed like it hadn't been swept for years. Not a suitable hotel to stay with a baby.
