The staff was extremely friendly. At check-in, breakfast, room cleaning, or spa area. Overall, a nice visit. Since having a gym is always very important to me, I had a good time here and I will gladly come back. The spa area is restricted to hotel guests or available for a fee, which I find good as it is not very large.

- • Some cabinets in the rooms need to be renewed. A balcony without chairs is pointless. The wooden beams on the balcony are also deteriorating. The pool is easily accessible. There is no distinction between hotel guests and passersby. That's why sometimes I would come and all the loungers were taken. A 5-star hotel should do better.
Excellent service. Within 3 minutes from the moment we asked for towels, we also received them when leaving the hotel. They provide you with towels and recommend places located 5 minutes from the center. Highly recommended.

For a 5-star hotel, there was nothing impressive. The staff was polite, but at breakfast, if you arrive 1 minute after the scheduled time, they have already cleared everything. Generally funny behaviors for a 5-star hotel, while the quality of breakfast approached that of an all-inclusive 4-star hotel.

- • Smell in the rooms and in the supposed SPA. Overall, everything was average. This hotel is not a 5-star one.
