- • The pools are small and unattractive. Very boring looking pools. The pool bar service closed at 5pm which is way too early for hot summer days in Las Vegas. The coffee and pastry shop opens at 6:30 AM. Way too late for hotels. The lobby is too small.

Manager is bs, otherwise very nice, quiet
2.5 stars based solely on the manager or whoever was in charge. Staff is very nice I would like to make that clear. So I go to check in, I have a suite for the first night, regular room for the next two. I inquire about staying in the same suite all three nights, front desk asks the manager, says $150 per night more. All good, I decline. So, my rooms not ready so I go have lunch (on site). Come back an hour later and decide I’ll pay the difference to stay in the same room, front desk says $250 more a night. It was $150 an hour ago. She goes and asks the manager, he says he doesn’t know why the other woman from the front desk told me $150, but he told her $250. Really? You’re telling me in the ten seconds it took from her to walk from him to me she somehow “forgot” her boss said $250 and then out of thin air tells me $150? Yeah, ok. Either your front desk is completely incompetent (they aren’t) or the manager is full of s**t. Don’t quote me a number and then lie about it an hour later. Otherwise, the staff is excellent and the room is nice. The manager or whoever is “quoting” the numbers is bs though. *To be clear the review is not about the price, but about the manager changing the price an hour later and lying about it*

Luxury in the center of Las Vegas strip
Great resort tucked away on the strip. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. We ate at the restaurant quite a bit. Great breakfast. Location is great. The staff was helpful and nice.

- • Because it was off peak season, it didn’t seem like the restaurant had all its offerings available. There was a sushi bar but no sushi was being served.

- • The room requested was not available at the time of arrival, the second room offered to us has a terrible stained smell, the third room did also smell, and that is because (mostly I think) the carpets are old, the cleaning products are so very strong and of lower quality. The rooms interconnecting doors are a pain and the hotel should clear them up. The food smell all over the hotel is really bad, the restaurant at level 3 sting, there are obviously technical issues within the hotel that need closure and re done. We felt that the value of the hotel is extremely high for what is offered to customers. Very disappointing indeed.
Doing Vegas Right
Staff was so friendly and the property was gorgeous. Easy access to the strip with the house car and tram right next door. Food was DELICIOUS. Room was clean with a luxurious tub to soak in. Caleb, Robert, and many other staff members made it super enjoyable!
