- • Very low level service, the water flow in the shower doesn't even allow you to shave, a hotel that is supposed to be the most luxurious but is actually a two-star hotel

- • Asked for a late check out and was denied. Paid $550 for one night and couldn’t get the courtesy of a late check out.

Top hotel in Vegas.
The best Vegas hotel we’ve ever been to. Have been coming to Vegas on and off for 20+ years and have always tried to find a non-gaming hotel. With Amex Platinum rewards, this place is terrific: Valet drive up means no long parking line, excellent lobby also with no long lines, room upgraded and very well appointed, noon check-in honored, quiet ambience with high-end fixtures and fittings, great pool area, food credit, breakfast credit, and steps to the trip. Attentive and professional service. Excellent.

Waldorf Astoria Vegas
Fun spring break getaway. The pool area was so great and it's why we made the trip. Pastries at the breakfast spot were very good. The location next to the high end shops was fun. The room was beautiful with a great bathtub.
