- • Reception staff were not professional. I mean you have to look for them in the back room.
Superb Property with Great Staff
Nestled in the middle of the beautiful and serene Lake Pichola lies an excellent jewel, The Leela Palace, and I must compliment the Leela Palace team for the great hospitality and service that they provided us during our stay. The staff is excellent and sets the highest standard of service. The property is well-maintained with attention to detail in their daily operations. The breakfast is superb and even the live options are excellent. The executive chef Siddharth was present during all our meals and pays individual attention to guests. The GM of the Hotel, Prasoon Pandey, ensures that everything works like clockwork. Saurav & Rituraj from the F&B team are excellent, as is the entire F&B team. The only small hitch during my stay was the Honeywell Thermostat in my room 209, which never crossed 19 degrees Celsius. I did raise a complaint, but it was partially resolved with the temperature going up to 21 degrees and not 24 degrees as I had requested. However, barring this, everything was excellent, and full kudos to the entire team of Leela Palace. A must-visit for anyone wanting to experience a beautiful property with excellent hospitality in the city of lakes, Udaipur.
